Malifaux Monday #85: Vincent St. Claire

Today in Malifaux Monday we have Vincent St. Claire. He is very strange guy somehow dressed in a bathrobe. Well, seriously, I was tempted to make it striped. Very strange pose and face in the Wyrd's style: with a big nose, chubby cheeks and microscopic deep-set eyes. I'm sure he's so aggressive that's why.

Since in the previous project the part with the HMM was fairly well disclosed, I will only allow myself to describe the changes in the recipes regarding the previous variants.

Malifaux Monday #84: Red Joker 3.0

And it is Titania again, again and again!
This version is third Titania that I painted. First and second.
I will never paint this miniature 4th time.

Pinup Savior 2.0

Wonderful miniature! And I was happy to get second chance to paint another version of it.
At this time I chose red-orange and few green colors as contrast. Also there was one problem with right hand so I improvised with small conversion. Hope result is interesting.
I like this spring (and a little bit irish) feeling when I watch on finished miniature.

Sub Series | 13

Some time ago I painted one nude miniature from Sub series by Manufaktura Miniatures.
It is soooo tiny 28mm lady with great detailed face. And I was patient in painting it as much as I can.
Especially I like eyes that I painted with light blue color as a contrast with warm a little bit orange skin tone. (It were my favorite paints for skin tone - Ratskin flesh (GW) and Light flesh (Vallejo))
Also I did few small tattoos on her body.

A little bit about painting black on the Engineer of Krieg.

As you know, there has three variations of black tones: warm, cold and conditionally neutral. In this miniature, three versions of cold black were used, their differences should show the difference in the materials that they imitate.

Traitor Librarian project, part 2 - the Base

This part of the project log will cover painting the base. I was going to make it a bit darker than previous versions, so that the glow from the flame, which I will do later, looked more convincing. Since I have not yet decided what color this flame will be, then I will draw reflexes closer to the end of the project.

Traitor Librarian project, part 1

I started a new project log, dedicated to painting a miniature "Traitor Librarian in Cataphractii Terminator Armor" from ForgeWorld stitched by magnificent Tom Hugues. This model also needed to be painted in the colors of the Legion of Iron Warriors.

Deathkorps of Krieg engineer sergeant

One more Krieg test model painted last week. Same as previous Krieg model I got a great fun to mix different kind and recipes of black, dark metal NMM  and atmosphere of desolation. Hope you also get as much fun as I in the process of painting.
